Q-Plastics is a forward-thinking, proactive business that made the switch to solar to reduce rising electricity costs and gain a competitive edge. We installed a 1.2 MW DC / 1 MW AC grid-tied solar array with diesel generator integration, cutting daytime diesel use by up to 70% and providing a more stable, cost-effective energy solution.
As part of the project, we also constructed inverter kiosks, installed a cat ladder, and built walkways to support safe and efficient maintenance.
